The Pathways and Culture programme is led by Dr Arabella (Bella) Scantlebury and is focused on improving safety-critical care pathways and workplace culture across health and social care. Our team of methodologists and clinical academics are renowned for their leading work in surgery, respiratory medicine, safety culture, and urgent and emergency care. This programme also delivers cross-cutting research across our other PSRC themes which aims to reduce healthcare inequalities and deliver methodologically robust and innovative research.
